From the South
Follow the M23 Northbound towards London. After the junction with the M25, take the exit ramp onto the A23 (London Road). Follow the A23 for 7 miles then turn left onto the A232 (Croydon Road). Turn right onto the B272 (Hilliers Lane). Keep straight onto Beddington Lane, we are on the left.
From the West
Exit the M25 at junction 10 onto the A3. Follow the A3 all the way to the junction with the A240 at Tolworth. Exit the A3 and take the A240 (Kingston Road) Southeast towards Ewell. At Ewell stay on the A240 (Ewell By Pass). Bear left off the by pass onto the A232 (Cheam Road). Continue on the A232 through Cheam and Sutton all the way to Croydon. Turn left off the A232 onto Hilliers Lane. The road name changes to Beddington Lane and we are on the left.
From the East
Exit the M25 at Junction 4 onto the A21 (Sevenoaks Road). Follow the A21 for 4.6 miles then keep left onto the A232 (Glebe Way) Follow the A232 for 5.6 miles then turn right on the A23 (Purley Way). Turn left onto the A232 (Croydon Road) then right onto the B272 (Hilliers Lane). Keep straight onto Beddington Lane and we are on the left.
