HTC Group World Cup 2026 Parts Promotion.

The promoter of this competition is HTC Group (“HTC Group”).

Group Stages - Marks & Spencer Gift Card Promotion
The promotion runs from 11/06/2026 to 27/06/2026 inclusive.

Knockout Stages
The competition runs from 29/06/2026 to 15/07/2026 inclusive.
Entries received outside of the applicable promotion periods will not qualify.

The promotions are open to HTC Group customers purchasing eligible parts from participating HTC Group branches.

• Employees of HTC Group and their immediate families may be excluded from entry at the discretion of HTC Group.
• Customers must be aged 18 or over to enter.
• Excluding DAF Fleet customers.

To qualify for either promotion, customers must:

• Spend over £200 excluding VAT in one single transaction; and
• Purchase genuine DAF or TRP parts during the applicable promotional period.

Multiple transactions cannot be combined to meet the qualifying spend threshold.

Eligible customers who spend over £200 ex VAT in a single transaction on genuine DAF or TRP parts between 11/06/2026 and 27/06/2026 will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a £100 Marks & Spencer gift card.

Prize Details

• There are 10 x £100 Marks & Spencer gift cards available to be won.
• A maximum of 1 gift card will be awarded per HTC Group branch.
• Limited to 1 gift card per customer.

Customers who spend over £200 ex VAT in a single transaction on genuine DAF or TRP parts between 29/06/2026 and 15/07/2026 will be entered into the HTC Group World Cup Competition.

Prize Details
The available prizes are:

• 2 x TVs
• 3 x BBQs
• 5 x meat packs
• 10 x crates of beer

• Limited to 1 prize per customer.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• HTC Group reserves the right to substitute prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value if necessary.

• The prize draw for the Marks & Spencer Gift Card competitions will take place on 29/06/26 and the World Cup Competition draw will take place 16/07/26.
• Winners will be selected at random from all qualifying entries.
• Winners will be contacted using the contact details associated with their purchase account.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, HTC Group reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• HTC Group reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• HTC Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
